How can I find out about your latest work?

The best way to stay up to date is to follow me on Instagram (@jeanrupprechtart) or sign up for my newsletter. I post about new work in both places.

What are your shipping policies?

The prices on this website include free shipping for original paintings to regular addresses in the continental US. Please allow 5 - 10 days for paintings to ship to you out of my studio. Prints and Ornaments will have shipping costs added at check out.

For international destinations and US locations outside the “lower 48,” please contact me to determine shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

All sales of original artwork purchased from me are final and are not eligible for return. Please feel free to correspond with me (click here) before purchasing should you have any questions about the artwork or the ordering process.

Paintings are packed and shipped with the utmost care. Should your painting arrive damaged, please contact me immediately with photos at my direct e-mail address.

Who actually owns the artwork?

I retain all rights to all sold and unsold artwork, including any commissioned original pieces. It is up to my sole discretion as to whether a piece of artwork is used to make reproductions.

Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without my written permission.
